HeathHeathens is a non-profit fansite intended to be a tribute to the actor Heath Ledger.  Photos in the gallery are used non-commercially.   HH does not re-sell, profit from or make any money off of any content on this site. 

Photos in the gallery were acquired from google & yahoo searches, and various other places on the web, including other fansites.   When a photo has been used from another website, that site's watermark remains on the photo in order to ensure proper credit.   HH will gladly honor any request by copyright holders for the removal of their content.

Paparazzi Photo Policy

It is the intention of this site to run a respectful celebration of the actor, Heath Ledger.  In that vein, HeathHeathens is highly selective in choosing paparazzi shots.   Any shots deemed too invasive or disrespectful to Heath and/or his family will not be used.  

With respect for safety and parental concerns, paparazzi pics of Heath's children will not be shown in our gallery. 

No nude paparazzi photos will ever be posted on HH, in any form, edited, blurred or otherwise.

Any request from the appropriate representatives for the removal of content will be respectfully honored as quickly as possible.
