While we all know that Heath would be brilliant as the Joker, some of the reactions by the more rabid Batman fans have been less than positive. This has apparently caused him to feel some reluctance. Personally, I hope that Heath sees the positive reactions of his fans and that he will take this role. He'd be brilliant and bring a unique quality to the Joker.

As both a Batman fan and a Heath fan, the below news is sad indeed.
