LOS ANGELES – The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, has just released the full Oscar nominations list for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards. The list was released just after the Oscar Nominations Awards Ceremony held this morning.

Included in the nominations were two nods to the Heath Ledger film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, directed by Terry Gilliam. The artistry undertaken to bring this ode to Ledger to screen is unique and vintage Gilliam.

The Nominations for The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus are for Best in art direction (Dave Warren and Anastasia Masaro) and Best in costume design (Monique Prudhomme). Parnassus had earlier been submitted for consideration in the Best Song and Best Makeup category, but the announcements instead garnered the two Art & Costume nods.
