I don't know if these are already here or not but, the first is a memorial in Alberta Canada, where they filmed some of the BBM campsite scenes.
The 2nd photo is in Fort Macleod Alberta Canada. Its in the cafe where Ennis broke up with Cassie. That is one of the hats Heath wore. Most people come in and sit at table 25 and order pie/coffee like Ennis/Heath did.

That's exactly what I did, back in June 2007. Unfortunately the Java Stop Cafe doesn't exist anymore. They had to close down in February 2008, a few days after Heath's demise. Time passes, and everything has to vanish eventually. Sic transit gloria mundi. But the memories live on:

I remember they closed up that cafe, it was so sad. Frank you look too happy there. You're supposed to be despondent like Ennis

From what I hear, which is from a friend of a friend in a seperate province, lol! It may not remain a diner though. From what I have seen and heard the town is very proud to have had BBM filmed there and most of the people adored Heath, so I would not be suprised if some type of memorial remained, even if it gets turned into a pet stote! LOL!

If I could have anything to do with it,it would! lol! I keep bugging my friends up there to find out more! They must hate me! My husband and I have gone back to a few places and left flowers and a letter to Heath. We plan to go back every year,or at least whenever we can. We cannot go to Australia,I would love that, to leave flowers at his memorial or on the beach, but this one little thing in Canada,we can do.
