hi guys, i contemplated not saying anything about this because i don't like seeming like a downer, but i really don't want to see anyone on this board get themselves into any kind of a sticky situation. the video linked here is a getty images video—from beginning to end. these videos are not licensed for "home use," but exclusively to people in the media for editorial purposes. i'm assuming the person who posted this video on their channel saw the compressed thumbnail on getty website and their realplayer download bar popped up, so they downloaded, not realizing legalities. i'm just letting you all know because i would not want to see any of you unknowingly get yourself in a hot spot. i would suggest no one re-bootleg or borrow footage from this for the videos you make. i don't think getty would be as understanding about their vids being bootlegged or footage being recycled as some individual people have been about theirs. really ... not trying to be a downer here; just trying to be helpful.
