Contrary to some recent reports, including mis-information on IMDb, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus will continue, leaving in Heath's final performances.

While some early reports suggested that Johnny Depp may take complete the role that Heath began in the fantasy film, now three other Hollywood stars have reportedly offered their services to director Terry Gilliam.

Reports say that Sean Penn, Jake Gyllenhaal and Christian Bale have all said they want to help finish Heath's last film, as a tribute to their friend.

"Heath’s character falls into a magic mirror four times during the film. It allows Terry to change the actor easily if he wants to." writes the Sun UK.

"Johnny, Jake, Sean and Christian were all friends of Heath’s and would love to be involved.

"The director and other big wigs on the film are mulling over the idea, but it’s likely to go ahead in what would be intended as a tribute to Ledger.

"One of the main sticking points isn’t so much this, it’s how upset Ledger’s co-stars Lily Cole and Christopher Plummer are.

"The rest of the film crew are also deeply upset. Heath was such a lovely guy. Everyone is finding it difficult to continue with the project."

However, it is definitely clear that the Studio brass and Gilliam do intend to finish the film, and dedicate it to Heath. In early February, they launched the Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus OFFICIAL WEBSITE. At this time, it lacks further content, but does indicate intent by all involved.

I am so happy that Heath's final performance will be salvaged. It would be heartbreaking were it to be lost, and Heath was so looking forward to this film. Thank you so much, Terry for making sure we can all see his last work.
