HEATH LEDGER and JACK NICHOLSON were among the guests attending PRINCE's super secret concert on Friday, March 24th, 2006.

Prince performed his private set at the exclusive Hollywood hot spot Teddy's in the Roosevelt Hotel. Along with Heath Ledger, Michelle Williams and Jack Nicholson, the concert attracted Cameron Diaz, Heather Graham, Enrique Iglesias, Jeremy Piven and Marilyn Manson. Lil' Jon, who was also at the gig, told TMZ.com that he’s an “old school Prince fan” and said the singer’s new material is "nice and funky.”

Unfortunately, since the concert, the hot spot has been closed until further notice, reports TMZ.com, even though the nightclub played host, week in and week out, to Hollywood's A-list celebrities, including Ledger, Prince, Lindsay Lohan, Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton, just to name a few who frequent the VIP booths.

How did it all fall apart? The New York Post reported fingers are pointing at club manager Amanda Demme. A host of troubles has plagued the hotel since Demme took control, including underage drinking, noise violations, mistreatment of paying hotel guests and racial discrimination.

Jennifer Gross, Demme's rep, confirmed that the Roosevelt chose to exercise their right to buy out Demme and run the venue on its own. As to the reasons for Demme's departure, she called Page Six's report "innuendo and hearsay."

Look for a reopening under the hotelier's rule.
