On Easter Sunday, Brooklynite Heath Ledger was spotted getting his forearm inked at the Saved Tattoo parlor in Williamsburg.

With baby Matilda in tow, Ledger, fiancée Michelle Williams and his sister "watched and pondered some designs for themselves," says an onlooker."Heath's sister was looking through the art book for tattoo ideas." The tattoo appeared to be a kind of tribal design, adds the source.
